Getting to San Felice


Meals

In addition to the fabulous "Welcome Dinner" in Verona's old city center on Monday night (September 28th) included with student registrations and the guest packages, lunch and dinner buffets featuring delicious local and regional house-made Italian dishes will be available each day, which will always include vegetarian and vegan options.

The price of Song Camp Europe includes the "Welcome Dinner" on Monday night plus 3 meals each day of the camp -- breakfast, lunch and dinner -- Tuesday through Saturday, with a final "Arriverderci Breakfast" served on Sunday morning.

There is a grocery store nearby in Illasi (5 minutes by car, 30 minutes walking). The hotel rooms at San Felice all include small refrigerators, although they do not have cooking facilities. The apartments at San Felice have small kitchenettes with refrigerators, stoves and ovens.

There are several excellent restaurants in the area, though most would require travel by car. Taxi service in Illasi is not always consistently available.

Lodging at San Felice

A variety of options are available at San Felice Resort, from private hotel rooms for solo travelers, shared rooms, a deluxe suite with jacuzzi and steam bath on up to family apartments with kitchenettes and dining tables. All the hotel rooms and apartments at San Felice feature modern private bathrooms with showers (no tubs, except for the deluxe suite which offers a jacuzzi and steam bath).

The prices for lodging are included in the price of Song Camp Europe. All lodging options include 6 nights: Check-in on Monday afternoon, September 28th, check-out on Sunday morning, October 4th. Additional nights on the front end or back end of Song Camp Europe are available.

Limited upgrade "Valley View" options for your lodging are available. Reserve far in advance to ensure these options are available, and please indicate on your registration questionnaire that you wish to upgrade to the "Valley View".

San Felice offers a limited number of handicapped accessible hotel rooms
San Felice Resort offers both hotel rooms and apartments. The apartments at San Felice are not handicapped accessible, but San Felice Resort has a limited number of handicapped-accessible hotel rooms. In your registration form, you can indicate your interest for these (limited availability).

    Hotel room with 2 beds and a roommate. Pricing is per person. You can name a specific Song Camper as your roommate or Song Camp Europe will assign you one, based on age and gender. If you have a specific roommate planned, enter their name in the "Roommate" field as you complete the registration questionnaire. Includes full access to all classes and workshops, all meals, all evening performances and the group excursion.

Apartments, Valley View upgrades and Additional Guests

A limited number of "Valley View" upgrades are available for the hotel rooms at San Felice, offering spectacular views of the Val d'Illasi.

There are also several deluxe apartments available at San Felice, offering lodging for between 1 - 5 people. All apartments include the "Valley View" upgrade, in addition to kitchenettes with a refrigerator, stove, oven, moka Italian coffee maker, a dining table and additional comforts of home.

Valley View upgrade, for all 6 nights: +295€ total

A limited number of hotel rooms at San Felice offer spectacular views of the Val d'Illasi. These hotel rooms are available at a small nightly surcharge. Upgrade your hotel stay with a Valley View when you submit your registration questionnaire.

Apartment upgrade, for all 6 nights: +745€ total

Includes all of the above with lodging for 2 guests in an apartment with a kitchenette (stove, oven, refrigerator, cooking area), dining table, additional comforts of home and a terrace with a beautiful view of the valley below. Great for families! More than 2 guests requires an additional charge. All apartments include the Valley View. Guests with mobility issues should not request apartment upgrades. The apartments offer spectacular views, but require a mildly strenuous walk uphill.

(more than 2 people per room or apartment): +975€ per person

Includes all meals and adds an additional bed to the primary guests' lodging for each extra guest. Additional guests receive all meals, all evening musical performances and the group excursion, but are not permitted to attend Song Camp classes and workshops.
