Getting to San Felice

Illasi, Italy is the site of the San Felice Equestrian Resort and Song Camp Europe 2026. Illasi is located about 30 minutes east of the city of Verona.

Verona has an international airport located about 15 minutes away from the city center, though travelers from the United States may find that it’s more economical to fly into one of the airports in Milan, about 2 hours away from Verona by car or train. Nearby Venice also has an international airport and is about 75 minutes away from Verona by car or train.

A taxi from the Villafranca Airport or the train stations in Verona typically costs about 50€ - 60€. We have made special arrangements with a transportation company, Verona Transfer for guests coming in for Song Camp Europe. Illasi is also accessible by public transportation. Check Google Maps for public transportation schedules and options. If you plan to get a rental car, Illasi is a 30-minute drive from Verona. Free parking is available at the San Felice Resort.

We highly recommend downloading and using the free phone app WhatsApp. WhatsApp is very common throughout Europe and allows you to make and receive calls to and from other WhatsApp users for free, wherever you may be in the world!

Check with your cellphone carrier to make sure you have internet data available on your phone while traveling in Europe. Some companies charge a fee for this, while some carriers, like T-Mobile, make international data available to their customers at no charge. Just check with your cell phone company before you leave the USA to be sure your service will work once you arrive in Europe! And connect to wi-fi whenever possible to reduce international data charges and avoid hitting your data limits. San Felice Resort has free wi-fi available for its guests.

Be aware that unless you have an international calling plan, your cell phone provider might charge you a ridiculously high per-minute calling rate!
